Aliza Vellani is an Canadian TV and film actress from British Columbia. Vellani became famous for her recent role in Netflix show Sweet Tooth as Rani Singh. Aliza Vellani is an actor who is based on the island of Vancouver, Canada has over 10 years of acting experience, both in Canada as well as in America. Vellani's credits include her work on the hit series Little Mosque on the Prairie (CBC) The X-Files'(FOX) and Marvel's Super Hero Adventures (Disney+). Nora Allen will arrive sometime between 2024-2019 within Central City to Barry Allen. Nora Allen, her deceased paternal grandparent was the inspiration for the name she chose for herself. Barry had left Nora alone to raise in 2024, after the battle with Reverse Flash. Vellani is born in Vancouver to Indian immigrants of East Africa. She began her training from an early age, when she was a student at York House School. Vellani was awarded the BC and National Istar Awards of Arts and Culture for 2007 and 2008. Vellani continued her acting, voice and dancing studies after she graduated from high school. In The Flash the midseason finale we found out that Nora was working with Eobard aka Reverse-Flash to conspire behind her parents back. Vellani originally planned to enroll at OCAD University in order to pursue a degree in the integration of media, however she was able to take on the role. Marvel eventually became her education. The actress shared her Atlanta apartment with other members of the cast.
